Game updated but not updated?

Hi y'all just finished downloading the ingrid updated and for some reason I get the "game not up to date please exit the game and restart" message. I play a ps4 pro I've had since 2020 so maybe it might be a hardware issue? Anyways I checked if the game is on version 1.30 on my ps4 and it is. I have all the new content that came with ingrid (season 3 outfit 3, drivetech wear, avatar room, etc.) Yet I still can't play online because the game is telling that it's not up to date. I'm redownloading the game rn and i contacted capcom support so hopefully that'll fix it but I'm open to insight you guys can give I'd really appreciate the help!
