I've created a subreddit. Would women feel safe using online communities to find texting buddies?

I wanted to ask for honest opinions from women here.

There are many people online who feel lonely, bored, or just want someone to text with. In theory, a community for finding texting buddies sounds helpful, but I also understand that it could easily become unsafe or uncomfortable, especially for women.

My question is: what rules or safety features would make women more comfortable using a space meant for finding friendly texting buddies?
