PC keeps crashing randomly

I've had my PC for over 9 months now but lately it's been crashing (Display just freezes, and pc is unresponsive) it crashes very randomly during games (No Mans Sky, Life is strange 2, PEAK, GTA5 Enhanced) or even while watching youtube, I've done everything: 1. turned off AMD Expo 2. all drivers are up to date including display/gpu drivers, 3. ran SFC Scannow command 4. checked SSD health (99%) 5. ran perfmon /report command 6. reinstalled AMD Adrenalin and drivers 7. disabled and reenabled GPU in device manager 8. reset bios

I'm lost, starting to give up hope after 4 days

Specs: AMD 9800X3D CPU, AMD Radeon 9700XT GPU, 32GB Vengeance DDR5 RAM, 9100 Samsung 2TB SSD, NZXT 1000W PSU
