Aventon Abound SR stairs question

Hi all, I was thinking of getting the Aventon Abound SR. My one concern is stairs to my apartment. Specifically, I have to go up 3 steps, then 4 steps to get my bike out of my apartment into the street.

I know this bike is pretty heavy, but I was wondering if it you guys thought this would be doable regularly. I already have a 65ish pounds Rad City 4 which is annoying, but not impossible, to take up and down those stairs every day.

Thoughts? Would the walk mode help me out? Is it easy to carry if it's just for short bursts?
