What’s reasonable for a 4R35?

I have just found one on eBay for 45$ with 14 already sold and it just seems too good to be true. Most others are running around 150+ (AUD). It’s a gold rotor which I haven’t seen rep’s of with accurate seiko branding (doesn’t look like a sticker), and otherwise looks good. Is it real/reasonable? I’m still fairly new to this, especially buying branded parts.
