My Christian mother keeps bragging about how her prayer brought rain recently to Texas.

My mother's been beaming and bragging lately about the heavy rainfall here in central Texas and also how her prayers worked to stop rain when she wanted dryness, and worked to get rain going again when she wanted rainfall.

It's.......like, I don't even have words for this. Out of the many millions of praying Christians in the world, she thinks HER prayer dictates the weather? And why doesn't it work when there are droughts that do go on and her prayers don't bring rain to alleviate those droughts?
