My phone number has been under my dad**’s ID, and for a long time I wanted to change it to my own. But I kept thinking:** if I changed my number, there**’**d be no one to tell except my dad.

Most people who still have my number are people I haven**’t seen in 8 years, or random people from temporary situations. No one really keeps my number because of me personally, so it felt stupid to tell them I changed it when they probably wouldn’**t care anyway.

Because of that mindset, I kept refusing to change it. But now I finally decided to do it, and honestly, I don**’**t care anymore.
