Ai seo automation software for content updates without losing quality

were scaling content production across a few smaller sites but manually checking every article for outdated stats and internal links is killing my week. i tried a couple ai automation things but they kept messing up the formatting or making weird suggestions. maybe im doing something wrong. how are you handling this without spending hours on every post. whats your process look like for keeping older stuff fresh??
