Why are us men so damn vulnerable to intimate situations knowing how much of a danger it poses to our livelihoods?

Seeking Guidance

I just spent 2 years in NEET. Just barely 3 months ago did I get my job back and i'm so happy to be back, but rn i'm just in this really sticky situation making me paranoid af about my job. I made a policy for myself to NOT date any coworkers under no circumstances whatsoever. That was all too short lived after just 1 month in. This coworker literally threw herself onto me with all sorts of wild sexually charged conversations. It never led to anything at all, no sex or nothing. But she's been hanging around me at work every dam day, making food for me, buying food, and following me to the break area in the last hour.

I'm scared to shit now, as i'm trying to distance myself from her and she's not taking it too well. She made it very clear and straight up admitted that she is indeed bat shit crazy. I've been chainsmoking nonstop ever since i came home and stressing like a maniac. Plz just shed some support for me, tell me it'll be alright. I have a lot of anxiety. I'm super duper scared about losing this job over some bullshit allegations, scared to become homeless again. Why tf do i do this to myself? Why can't i just keep my dam head straight to not be messing around with these women *at work.* It's not even the first time for me which is why i made that policy before starting.

God i f'n swear man the sex, love, romance and all is so sooo not worth it when they can ruin your life and WILL with a smile on their face. Fuc me i'm so scared dude.
