Are these repairs needed at 55K?

Am I being scammed? I have the prepaid Toyota Care Maintenance package (first mistake).

Took my 2022 XLE AWD gas model in for 55K mileage service. They told me I needed to replaced the serpentine belt and the PCV valve. Do these things need to be replaced at 55K?

Then was told I needed to immediately replace all four tires. Michelin Premier LTX tires were purchased January 2025 from the dealer (another mistake). I’ve driven 19,522 miles on these tires. They have a 60k warranty which I told them to file a claim. They said they can’t file a claim until the tires are at 2/32 of an inch. So I ask if they need to be replaced immediately what is the tread measuring at? They said 4/32. Couldn’t they still file a claim if the tires are already worn that low?
