Grade appeal/All As one C

I got a C in a class I know I didn’t earn a C in unless the curve was insane. Professor was insanely incompetent (not my personal opinion everyone at the law school thinks this) and isn’t available to meet with me until a week from now so I don’t know what happened here.
Every other grade I got this semester, and last semester, was an A.
Has anyone ever successfully appealed such an outlier grade?
I genuinely believe this grade was randomly assigned to me, and not based on my exam performance, because that is something this guy would do.
Looking for advice and to preserve my 2L SA offer next year.
