Returning player..... still cant win

Played this game when it first came to ps plus and loved it, but I couldn't beat biome 2 and stopped playing. Recently returned because I was thinking of getting Saros a wanted a refresher of these type of games I've finally beat biome 2, 3 & 4 and stuck in 5 for too long now, cant seem to beat it, any tips?
