should I add trigger warnings to my tiktok videos that use eating asmr in the background

I have seen people get harassed for not putting trigger warnings in the beginning of their videos that have eating or food. So I figured I'd put a trigger warning in the beginning of mine. But now I'm getting harassed for putting trigger warnings!

I'm so confused and don't know what to do. Is it pointless? Does it have a purpose? I'm just trying to make videos that I enjoy, and since it takes me a while to edit videos, I added the asmr eating videos in the background so I can also enjoy hearing it when I'm editing. That's why I choose those videos to be my background.
