Asus armoury crate not detecting my keyboard

Hello, came home today and turned on my pc only to see my keyboard wasnt getting its proper aura sncy profile displayed and my anime vision wasnt displaying the time like i set it.

I opened armoury crate and it wouldnt even detect the keyboard, then i kinda of detected it and when i tried changing the anime vision to system mode so it can display the time it was just stuck on loading.

I did a fresh reinstall of armoury crate and uninstalled the previous one with the asus uninstall tool. I tried pluging in the keyboard still nothing.

Is everyone having these sorts of problems, is it a software update problem that they need to fix or whata the deal? The keyboard i have is rog strix flare II animate.

Any help would me alot and hope i can get this fixed oh yea and aura creator also wont recognise the keyboard. I am on the newest version of windows 11.
