UF Housing Keys Complex

I’m an incoming freshman and my room selection appointment is June 2 at 1:45 p.m. One person told me current students, returning students and athletes choose before incoming freshmen, so Keys may already be mostly taken. Another person told me everyone selects during the June window.

Does anyone know if returning students already picked or renewed rooms in Keys before freshmen selection starts? Also, is Keys usually still available for freshmen on the first day of room selection?

If I do see rooms available in Keys, what floor, building, or room area should I aim for?
