As an Indian student on initial OPT in the U.S. for 2.5 years, what specific tax forms must I complete for W2 employment to correctly claim the Article 21(2) benefits of the US-India Tax Treaty? Specifically, is it sufficient to complete the I-9 and W-4, and file a 1040-NR with Form 8843, or are there additional requirements I should be aware of?
