Any idea why it says my item says unavailable for purchase in app?

I just noticed one of my items does not have a buy now or make offer option. It just says "buying options" or "add to watch list"

When "buying options" is selected it says it cannot be purchased in app. It is just a vinyl LP, I have never seen this happen, the listing seems to be the same as all my others. Any help is greatly appreciated 👏
