Will call

How does will call work? I have a pair of ga tickets and a camping pass that I was hoping to sell. I converted them for resale through AXS but was never given the option to sell them through them. My plan was to sell them in person after they arrived. I even contacted AXS support to make sure they would be shipped like the rest of my order, but now I’m being told by a different support person that I will have to get them at will call at the festival.

This is my first time trying to sell festival tickets and it seems almost impossible now! My partner and I will be in higher love. Is my only option to go through the line for will call get the GA passes then run/drive to where the GA car will be? I’m assuming they won’t even be able to get in line without passes.
