Brand new Lily 2 restarts after plugin it in

I bough my mom for Mother's Day a new Garmin Lily 2 as a upgrade from her Vivosmart 5. It actually arrived at Mother's Day, but now, after 3 days of using the battery is at 32%, that's very fast and I was wondering if that's normal. And main thing that worries me is that it restarts after each plug in. Is that just Lily 2? Or should I request a refund? Please advise
