Advice needed

So I have a friend who is in need of a PC upgrade
He has a maximum budget of £800 (UK)
He would like more RAM and ideally a new graphics card

His current specs are
ASUS PRIME H610M-A motherboard (mATX)
Intel I5 14400 CPU
Asus RTX 3050 (16GB I think)
16GB DDR4 from Corsair
Zalman ZM-650-XG 650W PSU

I am thinking of suggesting the following for his build and would like some advice

Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) for £200 on Amazon
PNY RTX 5060 8GB Graphics Card for £280 on Overclockers UK
Corsair RM850e PSU for £86 on Amazon

His case is a mATX sized case so we are trying to keep to that sizing
