Severe gastroparesis

Hi folks happy Friday. Could really use some insights.

Background: I have a long history with LC not new. Also history with GI issues. Last summer experienced similar issues with vagal nerve GI stuff: shaking, dizzy, nausea, sometimes vomiting when I ate especially in the evening. My Chinese herbalist helped me fix it. Got colonoscopy and endoscopy and all is clear.

Current: However I’m experiencing this issue again just more severe. Ofc I’ve had recurrent Covid reactivations, along with two bouts of shingles this spring which likely set this off again.

Biggest issue: I can’t eat solids without severe shaking, unending burping for like 12+ hrs. Takes me like a full day to recover from a slice of sourdough. I’m now only sipping bone broth.

Seeing my Chinese herbalist tomorrow and my PCP Monday. Hope one of them can help - this is getting to a very severe point.

Anyone experience this and have any insights or solutions that worked for you?
