[PubQ] Question About Pitching Agents Via Virtual Conference

I am pretty sure I know the answer to my basic question, but I'd like confirmation, and I'd also be interested in any further thoughts from anyone who has done anything similar.

I just submitted a query letter and the first five pages to the AWP "writer to agent" online event, and I'm wondering if I should then add all the participating agents to my query tracking list for the sake of making sure I won't pitch them again later? In theory, all participating agents review the submitted materials, and so it seems like they should probably be considered queries...?

I'd also be interested in anyone's experiences with this type of forum, as I've never done anything like it before. I had a complimentary membership to AWP as part of my MFA program years ago, but I never participated because I frankly didn't really understand the value of associations and conference at the time, and I was working full time in addition to being in the writing program full time and I just didn't have any time to figure it out or participate.

Thanks for any insights!
