Friend hasn’t responded in weeks

Hello, this is the first time i’ve ever posted on here. So, a few weeks ago I was splitting because of a situation and ended up getting mad at my friends. I deleted messages with them. (I know it’s bad i’m still working on it with my therapist). My friend had texted me that day asking if I was mad at her. Which I apologized (which I know I only apologized ,so she wouldn’t leave me).

But, since then she never communicated that she needed space just went completely silent. I’ve been working more with my therapist to help me through this ,but every time I think about her I get upset about her still not responding. I know I should probably just wait it out till she reaches out ,but a close friend of mine is going to have a birthday party. And my friend who hasn’t talked to me is going to be there. I just don’t know what to do if I should even do anything.
