Help new cafe or empty cafe

Hello everybody
Im a 21 year old extrovert and recently i feel like i wanna explore and do a lot of things
For now i wanna host a workshop in Hyderabad
But i don’t want it be just another learning experience cafe i want it to be funfunfunn experience forget learning (obv u will learn)
I want to host 25 ppl at least
Party Music on a lil party
i want everybody to grove
But but i want to add alcohol like before starting the workshop everybody takes a shot and maybe in middle
But nobody gets a glass of alcohol (make a lil mixed in their coke or coconut water)
would be awesome if the venue would be water (since no beach in hyd)
But do u think any venue would be down for this workshop??
