What's the consensus on the Agentic Storefront?

Running a small-ish DTC CPG Shopify Ecosystem, and the Agentic storefront has been active w/ a few sales over the past couple months...What's the downside to this this style of LLM commerce for the shopify owner? They make it seem like it's a no loss situation, but what's the downside?
