Hey uhh I need assistance with my headphones

So long story short, last night I was having no trouble with microphone issues and audio being just fine, but this morning everything stopped working mic isnt being picked up and yes its flipped fully down, audio is buggy, I tried everything from messing with the dongle and the icue app itself its fully updated just nothing works
