Question on starting Medicare

I’m currently 64 and just retired. I’m on my wife’s commercial health insurance and will be until she retires in 14 months. When I turn 65 in February do I enroll in Medicare and part D and a medigap plan? Or just part A and wait until my wife retires and then get the rest. I feel confused about this. Thanks for any help.
