Is there spell to make someone mute?

I’m not saying this for no reason. This person has bullied me since childhood, and I’m exhausted from dealing with it. They have repeatedly used my health problems against me, making fun of things I can’t control and turning my struggles into something to attack me over. After years of being treated this way, I’m tired of the hurt and humiliation. Sometimes I wish they would stop speaking to me altogether so they could never bully me again. More than anything, I just want the harassment to end and to be left in peace. Is there a spell to make this happen so they never ever speak to me again?
