NI resident fees

Has anyone moved from the UK to NI and enrolled with the Open University? I’m wondering if relocating allows you to qualify for the NI resident fees or if you need to have been a resident for a few years. My partner lives in NI, and I'm thinking of moving over to live with them, and I've been considering the OU; it would be a bonus if I could get it at a different rate.
