Who/where to report issues with Subaru of America??

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle (about a month ago) that has been having problem after problem after problem. Most of the issues were things that were overlooked during the CPO inspection, others were straight up lies from sales.

The dealership stopped returning my calls, so I contacted Subaru of America customer advocacy. The advocate assigned to my case barely followed up, only communicated via email, and told me I have to go through the dealer. I informed her that the dealership was ignoring me, and she sent an email saying that she contacted the dealer, and the dealer denied everything, and there was nothing more they could do.

I called the customer service number and was told by a different advocate that he can’t take over an open case from the original advocate, and that he would have my advocate reach out to me within one business day. A week later, and I just got an email from the original advocate saying they reviewed my case, determined there are no further steps that can be taken, and that my case will be closed.

I’m sorry, but WHAT?!

Luckily I was able to connect with the general manager for the automotive group that the dealership is part of, and I am finally getting some traction.

But what the heck, Subaru?! I thought you were supposed to have top notch customer service!
