I'm incredibly frusturated at my neighbor for being so annoying...

I'm a girl and live in an apartment and now that it's warm outside, I always see him dancing to some stupid song and recording himself... Thank god he doesn't look at me. I hate it SO much. Ughh! What do I do about it guys?
