AIO for insisting my husband trim his nails in the bathroom?

**Roommate tag because it's an issue of living together and sharing a kitchen

My husband insists on trimming his nails in the kitchen. He claims it's not gross because he uses nail clippers that have a cover on them to help collect the nail clippings.

I say it is absolutely disgusting to trim your nails in the kitchen regardless of what device you're using. I have asked him not to do it tons of times over many years together, and now I scold him for being disgusting. It has escalated into a bit of an argument at this point.

Bonus: He often leaves the nail clippers in the little tray we put our car keys in which is also in the kitchen.
