Do her girls have celiac disease?

I am a more distant observer of her antics (only on Instagram which seems to get little and very delayed content).

She reacted to a comment of someone asking about her daughters celiac disease and she says she never had them tested?? Those poor little girls are only ever allowed to eat gluten free but she has no idea if they even need to? I am so confused because she herself does eat gluten so why would she limit her kids without reason?
