I 24[M] looking some help about online video chatting apps

I am using multiple online random video chat apps such as joychat lite, joychat pro, tango, mimi live, chamet etc on these apps I purchase coins then perform random video chats with hot girls and doing that thing, ( you probably understood by now what is that thing) all while my camera is on, now I'm comcern about my privacy like what if someone recorded me while I was doing that, and how I can check now that I was recorded or not sine I am using those apps from last 1 year, now I am very much concern about what should I do, your valuable advice are appreciable and if you used any of those apps then please connect over dm or in comments.
