Does anyone know what's going on with Klook at the moment? Tips for contacting?

I've been trying to get hold of someone at Klook for about a month now with no luck.

I've emailed merchant@klook.com, aswell as submitting a number of their request forms, and the most I've got is what looks like an AI generated response in traditional chinese - I've only every written to them in english or japanese.

If I email support@klook.com out of desperation, I tend to at least get a response within a week, but it always says to contact merchant@klook.com... which doesn't help because that's what I have been doing over and over.

My problem specifically is, I have an activity that's been approved and awaiting publishing by them for maybe 3 weeks now? Once an activity is approved it's supposed to be published within 7 days, and if it isn't, there's an escalation form you can submit with is supposed to guarantee publication within 2 days... I submitted that 6 days ago and not even an auto response to form being submitted so far.

If anyone has any similar experience and tips on how to get hold of them that would be greatly appreciated.
