Acting career in Kolkata?

As a child , I have always had the passion and dream to work as an actress. However like any middle class, orthodox, strict cultured family ,I was not allowed/supported to work in this field as a career option from home . But Right now, I'm in college 2nd year, I have plenty of time to pursue my dreams and hobbies , without letting my parents know until late.

My question is how can I start my acting career ? I'm living near Tollygunge for now , I have heard from people it's the hub for tollywood, but I don't know how & where to make a breakthrough. Some people have advised me to work theatricals first , but what's the process, can anyone elaborate or give advice? Also I'm open to doing free works & gigs for side roles, background character or working in short YT films or anything. I have no prior acting experience, and have never been to acting schools. I can speak fluent Hindi, bengali & English. I am camera confident and can dance fairly well.
