SSD Not Showing Up in BIOS or Windows

I have the MSI B860 Tomahawk WIFI and the MSI Spatium M750 Pro but it doesn't show up in my BIOS and it doesn't show up in Windows when I load Windows from my old SSD. I got this SSD to work with my previous motherboard the MSI B860M GAMING PLUS WIFI and was able to install Windows on it. But on my Tomahawk, I have turned VMD off but it doesn't show up. I don't know what else to do.
