Recs for affordable and reliable tailor pls!!

hiiii!! I’m looking for recs for an affordable and reliable tailor in south city or surround areas. The quotes from local businesses I’ve gotten have been starting $40+ to hem 1-2in off of jeans and flare pants/jumpsuits. Seems pretty steep to me but.. is that normal? Lol
