18" Wheels/Tires for 2020 Honda Passport Elite

I have a 2020 passport elite and have in the past been replacing the tires with the factory 20"s. I need new rears and am interested in going to 18" across the board with the understanding I'll have to purchase four new rims and tires.

Everyone on here seems to say, "Just find a used ridgeline set" and it all seems to work out. I'm a little nervous about doing that and don't have a ton of experience swapping sizes or buying non factory parts.

Will going to an 18" rim/tire combo fit on the 2020 elite? When I enter my make/model into Tire Rack or another online shop it flags the 18" pick and suggests the 20"s which is making me nervous.

Would you recommend getting (4) of the 2026 Trailsport 275/60R18 General Grabber A/T rims and tires (assuming they fit) or try to get some 18" inch Honda rims and put something like a Falken Wildpeak A/T4Ws 275/65R18 on there?

Any suggestions on a combo that would fit and I could purchase immediately (not sift through ebay) would be much appreciated.
