Fantasy Map Assets pack... looks too good to be true... anybody see anything that stands out?

I have been looking over these asset packs because they just seem too be too numerous and complex to be 'real', but I can't find any of the normal telltale signs of AI use, and the assets are remarkably consistent. Can't find disclouse anyywhere...

The earliest packs are from 2023 which seems a little early for AI but they also don't look as good as the recent ones...

Can anyone tell? https://www.deviantart.com/atypikk01/gallery
