How do I change the menu back.

I opened my quest 2 today to find out that the menu was changed to a worse menu for no reason. Its slower to navigate looks stupid and just feels like another link in a long change of unwanted poorly thought out changes. Is there a way to change it back? I'm even okay with homebrew solutions just anything to change it back to normal.
