Books that take place in early to mid 90s NYC

I’m looking for a book of any genre that takes place in 90s NYC. I’m looking for the earlier half of the decade, 1990-1995. It can be any genre and any part of the city, I just want something that captures the technological and cultural vibe of the era. It’s not necessary but I would especially appreciate a suggestion that has a Jewish mc or includes some involvement with the nyc Jewish community. Thanks!
