Hey Everyone,

Ever notice how every **"AI writer**" makes you leave the app you're actually using?

You're in Gmail → **switch to ChatGPT** → copy the prompt → paste → wait → copy the response → switch back → paste again.

I built Arc — an AI screen assistant for Android **that overlays on top of whatever app you're in.** The AI Writer reads your screen context and writes right there. No app switching. No copy-paste.

Here's how it works:

🔹 Swipe from the edge to open the sidebar

🔹 Tap AI Writer

🔹 Pick a tone (professional, casual, friendly, etc.)

🔹 It reads what's on your screen and generates your response

🔹 Tap to insert — done

You stay in Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, whatever. Arc just floats on top.

AI Writer features:

• Tone picker — professional, casual, friendly, funny, concise, detailed

• Screen-aware — uses what's already on screen as context so replies are relevant

• Personal info vault — tell Arc about yourself once and it writes like you

• Rewrite — select any text on screen and rephrase it instantly

• Draft replies — one tap to generate a full response to any message

Other features in the sidebar:

• AI Summary — summarize any article or page in one tap

• Smart Extract — pull addresses, dates, phone numbers from any screen

• AI Read — turn text into natural audio (multilingual)

• Custom Actions — build your own one-tap workflows (500+ community ones ready to go)

Arc AI Screen Assistant — a standalone Android app.

🔒 Privacy: Arc reads your screen ONLY when you open the sidebar and execute any features. No background monitoring. No always-on access. Nothing happens until you swipe and execute.

Would love genuine feedback. What's the one thing you'd use an AI Writer for the most?
