Does Capitalism make democracy impossible?

NSFWAsking Everyone

What’s more scary than anything is that America is a democracy. It may have vast limitations and effective failures to be a paternal democracy, but it is largely a democracy because almost any core main goal could be campaigned on and voted into office and then practice, especially over the course of 4 years, likely less.

What that means is that Americans are, election after election, day after day, choosing to stay with, find and build what equates to abusive husbands. Going as far as to idealize them and torture those who criticize them, through abject poverty, the legal system, the prison system, the psychiatric system, social media and social ostracism. It is a democracy where we collectively have chosen fascism, by refusing to demand more, refusing to strike, refusing to teach, because we have systemically internalized rape logic and a desire for abuse.

The American project, at this stage, amounts to throwing food in the fire everyday, just so daddy can beat you a little more and so you need to go back into the fields again tomorrow. We are, generation after generation, addicted to abuse, and it is maintained because those who rise to authoritative power and have the ability to stop the abuse, cease to experience it, and instead resent and envy those they once were, for the mere possibility they won’t have to suffer any longer, like abused sons becoming abusive fathers, women becoming judges and psychiatrists, and the poor and passionate becoming stable bureaucrats. Certainly some progress is made through this subversion, right?

Not when the masses stay none the wiser, unable to identity their oppressors even as their problems are direct and consistent every day, because they are stuck in a desperate narcissistic loop, they then project onto the other. The government taxes your home, and the masses say, the government is devalued, it is bad, rather than that specifically, residential property taxes are unnecessary, because we can tax corporations and income directly.

The landlord charges you rent, and the masses say, that landlord is devalued, they are bad, rather than that the existence of landlords is unnecessary, because we can own our own residential buildings, and that charging people for shelter and homes beyond what they actually cost is unnecessary, which is next to nothing and so can be easily subsidized, because we all need homes, we know best what to do with them, and literally have nothing to do in life but to labour, one way or another.

The boss does not pay you enough to cover living expenses, and the masses say, the current market or the boss or corporations are devalued, they are bad, rather than that the existence of living expenses like housing, utilities, healthcare, food, transportation and education in a privatized economy is unnecessary, because we can publicly own all of these key industries and then subsidize it if we choose to because we all need them directly or indirectly. Nor do the masses assert that a corporate private equity structure is unnecessary, because every corporation can be owned by the workers, as only the workers know what is best for the company internally, what work needs to be paid for and how much it is worth. To which their goods and services will be priced effectively by truly voluntary consumers.

Both forms of privatization guarantee that there will be unlimited money spent on useless bureaucracy and that a person won’t be able to set the terms of their work if they want to survive or thrive. A fully privatized economy sacrifices a free labor market for free domination for capitalists over laborers and consumers alike.

The fundamental catch-all to free market state capitalism is that price fixing is the only thing that can exist, because even getting a loan to challenge oligarchical corporations, in a given industry, is either impossible because of patents and NDAs, or often requires you to obtain enough debt to be forced to match their rates, else they will match yours, and castrate your income until the sharks arrive and you are bought out by those private banks, the government, or your monopolizing competitor themselves that will prize gouge again, once more, immediately thereafter.

The government chooses to support monopolization, rather than support competitive nonprofits, even ones that are directly government run, because of the consistent idealization of oligarchical figures by the democratic public to the undying ends of what that same public labels corruption, or the petty oligarchy, being the bureaucratic politicians that are instated by those idealized monopolies and maintain that idealization to stabilize their own lives and interests. Anti-trust laws are merely aesthetic, they create endless legal foreplay used to placate those dissenting masses who momentarily devalue these paternal capitalists.

Inflation serves to both hide prize gouging by giving an alternative, circular explanation for rising prices, and to bailout the fallout of the constant price gouging that the profit motive legally demands of all private industry. What the masses do not understand is that inflation, being printing money, only happens because of prize fixing and gouging, which only happens, in America, because the maintenance of the capitalist economy, or idealizing unaccountable authorities promising to be paternalistic. By that I mean when supply and demand is manipulated for capital accumulation by withholding supply, and that withholding bankrupts that corporation, we value the corporations intent to eventually sell more then their failure to sell, and bail them out, making taxation as a mechanism to ensure market participation ineffective, only for those idealized paternal capitalists.

Technically inflation happens during natural disasters, and war, which may not be bad, as printing money for emergency services amounts to equitable taxation, but war is unnecessary, and natural disasters aren’t as expensive as one would think. As in, a local event can’t possibly overwhelm an entire global economy, because resources are not that concentrated, and we set aside these funds for that exact purpose of rebuilding localized infrastructure. Or rather too often, we let the local state fend for themselves to save ourselves of that dent to our wealth, or again, to maintain that self idealization of image through the illusion of consistent growth, to maintain the idealization of capitalism, which is fundamentally impossible given scarce resources and the freedom to waste.

We will do anything but take the means necessary to truly help each other, because that would come at the cost dethroning our precious daddy. Our collective empathy has been so demonized, so beat out of us, that him simply tossing a penny satisfies all watching, and still then, taking it away again, finishes us.
