Instinct 3 Realistic Runtime All Sensors Off?

What is the realistic runtime if i disable bluetooth, spo2, heartrate and use gps for maybe 2 hours on average per week and am outside for at least 2 hours per day?

Im looking at the 50mm tactical solar and am on the edge if i should get the instinct or a gshock gpr b1000 (humongous xxl watch but actually able to charge to 100% with solar).
