FPS very low on a very decent config

Hello,

I have a lenovo legion 5 I7-13650HX and RTX 5070,
and I don't know if it's normal but my FPS ingame doesn't exceed 170 to 200 with low settings on everything (barely get 200 usually when I just start my pc) and a lot of fps drop going from 170 to 90 or even below, which is really weird in a decent config.
I searched every where for a solution but nothing is working for me
