Weight Loss

Does anyone have tips with weight loss on meds? One of my mood stabilizers made me so hungry I gained 20 lbs in around 2 months. I was put on a combo med and something else from my GP to help so now I'm stable. I'm just trying to lose some weight. I can't fit into my clothes anymore. I am trying to track calories, but I think I'm tracking them wrong and underestimating them. I try to go to the gym, so I'm so depressed I can barely stay awake. I'm starting to have issues with swelling and nerve pain. I'm desperate.
