PLEASE HELP. POLICE ISN'T HELPING ME TO RECOVER MY MULE SBI ACCOUNT

A month ago my SBI bank account got freezed permanently cz of some hold amount (630 rs)from another account , which was instructed from bank by Madhya pradesh cyber cell to block my account . A week ago I have got the INVESTIGATION OFFICER'S DETAILS and phone number from my bank and I requested the IO for steps to unfreeze the bank account and he said me to send the details and he will see my case .

But After a week of continuous request When I asked the officer he told me that my case is going in the court(IDK if this is try or not) and he told me that I have to come to bhopal for the issue to be solved(I am from west bengal and it is no way possible for me to go to MP) . Now after enquiring my state's cyber cell , they told me that There is no mandatory for me to go in bhopal to solve the issue and the police of my state is telling me to book a lawyer and drag it to the court.

But it is no way possible for me as a student to hire a lawyer and fight legal battle.

So in case if the INVESTIGATION OFFICER isn't cooperative is there any other way to make him solve the case and unfreeze my bank account without spending money??
