Act 1 clarification please

So I got the game and season pass forever ago but just now really getting into it and I have seen for the very first missions the order to go in is eurac, prison and then minoris. I would like to know if I try to get kibellah if that effects the timers on eurac or the prison thing. Mostly I just want to get companions as early as I can. All the posts I see just mention doing it after going to all three locations which I am fine with but if I can get her earlier without messing anything up that is ideal for me.
