Nice budget laptop for MBA

I’m looking to buy a good budget laptop for my MBA, around ₹50k. I was thinking of getting a MacBook Neo, but Excel and Word seem a bit of a hassle on it and need to be bought separately. What’s a good Windows laptop I should go for in this budget?
